I had the opportunity to try it on our old welding machine that get used 3 times per year. I cleaned the nosel andspout like a good welder should do and I sprayed it like the simple instructions told me to do. Magic! I tried to cheat it, but everything stayed clean! And it smells good too!!

We tried BYOL® amd we got a great response. We used it once, the result was great. We welded all day on painted parts, where we had to clean the torch after each part first. Then we used BYOL®: the dirt was very little, and it was removed quickly. Even next day there was no need to use it, if not out of habit. Congratulation, great product!

So you know that the test was done by the customer alone, I explained 4 things to him and he managed. So if we got to 300%, surely it could improve, but BETTER not. I was low with the percentages I said +50%

About the products BYOL® Robot (anti-spatter welding). The colleague on the robot improved production by cleaning the torch from every 12 pieces to 34 pieces, also lowering the milliliters of product to use. Impressive.

I conducted a test on a single robot, lasting a month, the life of the spare parts has lengthened by at least 50% even with very little product consumption, and consequently the machine stops due to poor cleaning difficulties of the nozzle.

The torch is perfect, on the outside it is still very clean, on the inside all the dirt that is formed fall as we removed the cone, we have lowered the gas again and it is very firm, we have not changed one more tips in a working day, when we used to change at least a couple. Now I see that the welding has improved as well so it is spectacular. Thank you.
